Standard shipments will be sent via DHL, UPS, or DPD depending on your location. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 12 PM local time. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day. All international orders are shipped via DHL and are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date they are shipped.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship packages both DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Packages shipped DDU will be subject to import fees upon collecting their package. For packages shipped DDP, duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase, and no additional amount is owed upon final delivery.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a £25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
